By Kellie S Luv2mixitup

My husband and I cook dinner for our youth on Wed night at our church. last week we had about 7 pkgs of hot dog buns left over and wondered what in the world we would do with that many. My freezer space is very limited. So I decided to make a Bread Pudding. and OMG is it good. Hope you enjoy it as much as our Youth !! btw we cook for about 100 youth every wed.

Kellie...I think that is a wonderful thing for you and your Husband to do for the youth. They need adults to get involved with them.
    I applaud you.

Excellent idea, Kelly. I'll save and try sometime. Cindy, I love buttering & toasting hot dog buns in the morning for toast rather than regular bread. They are so yummy. Also, I'll butter and sprinkle garlic powder on them & toast for our evening meal instead of having rolls or whatever. I never toss them out.
