My friend Erlene made this for a pot luck dinner at work and I actually saw my manager lick the plate!!!

Ingredients

1 box
graham crackers
2
3oz. boxes instant french vanilla pud/pie mix
3 1/2 c.
cold milk
1
9oz. cool whip
3 Tbsp
butte or oleo
2 oz.
unsweetened chocolate
2 Tbsp
white karo syrup
1 tsp
vanilla
3 Tbsp
milk
1 1/2 c.
powdered sugar

Step-By-Step

1butter 9x13 pan. line bottom with a layer of graham crackers. prepare pudding w/milk and blend with cool whip. put half of mixture over layer of graham crackers.
2place another layer of graham crackers on mixture. pour rest of mixture on crackers. top mixture with 3rd layer of crackers. top with chocolate topping.
3melt butter/chocolate. remove from heat and add syrup, vanilla, milk, powder sugar. mix well and spread over top of graham crackers. refrigerate overnight. GREAT!!
