I suggest serving this warm, with a dollop of whipped cream on top, or a serving of vanilla ice cream next to it. If you have left-overs, put a slice in the microwave for 10-15 seconds tops to warm it up before serving. Just as good the next day!

Ingredients

2 large
eggs
1/2 c
unbleached white flour
1/2 c
granulated sugar
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c
butter, melted
1 can(s)
walnut pieces (optional)
1
9 inch frozen pie shell, unbaked

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2Beat 2 eggs in medium size bowl.
3Blend in sugar, brown sugar and flour, beating well in between each ingredient to incorporate.
4Blend in melted butter.
5Stir in the chocolate chips.
6Stir in walnuts, if using.
7Pour into unbaked pie shell
8Bake at 325 for one hour.
9Let cool on rack before serving.
10Serve warm, with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
11Enjoy!
