Sweet Azuki Bean Pie

Tiffany Bannworth Recipe

By Tiffany Bannworth MissAnubis

If you are familiar with Chinese steamed buns filled with red bean paste, you will delight in this pie. During my time learning to speak Chinese in school, I worked in a Asian food mart/Chinese restaurant. That is where I fell in love with it. This is an American rendition of an Asian favorite.
