3 1/2 ounce instant butterscotch pudding mix, sugar free
1 1/2 c
cold whole milk
1 c
canned pumpkin
1 tsp
pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 c
whipped topping (sugar free)

MAKING PUMPKIN PIE SPICE @ HOME

3 Tbsp
ground cinnamon
2 tsp
ground ginger
2 tsp
ground nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp
ground allspice
1 1/2 tsp
ground cloves
1
regular size graham cracker pie crust

Directions Step-By-Step

PUMPKIN WHIP: Beat pudding and milk until smooth. Blend in canned pumpkin and spice. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into graham cracker pie shell or dessert dish, chill until ready to serve. Makes 1 pie. Top with additional whipped topping if desired.
May also use regular pudding mix or whipped topping if desired.

PUMPKIN PIE SPICE: Combine all spices together and mix well. Then store in a small air tight container or spice jar.
