Complete meal, great the second day reheated or on sammys cold for lunch.

smoked fish fillets 440gm or

smoked fish

batch white sauce

cherry tomatos

sundried tomatoes
1/4 c
chopped celery
1/4 c
peas
1/4 c
corn

medium onion

tomato
100 g
grated cheese
salt n pepper to taste
1 Tbsp
sweet chilli sauce
juice of 1 lemon

carrot
1/2 c
breadcrumbs
200 g
pasta of choice

Directions Step-By-Step

Peel n chop onion n carrot, par boil.
Par boil pasta.
Make white sauce.

Into casserole/ oven dish combine Fish ( drained) s n p , white sauce, mix well.
Add all vege except 1 tomato.
Mix well.

Top with grated cheese, sliced tomato n bread crumbs.
Bake at 180 c for 30-45 mins until cheese browns n sliced tomato cooks.
