1 1/2 c
sugar
3 Tbsp
flour
1 tsp
nutmeg
1 1/2 Tbsp
butter
2
eggs, well beaten
3 c
cut rhubarb
pastry for 2-crust pie

Directions Step-By-Step

Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter. Add eggs, beat until smooth. Pour over rhubarb in 9-inch pastry lined pie pan. Top with pastry. Bake in 450 degrees oven 10 minutes; then at 350 degrees oven about 30 more minutes. Serve warm or cool. Makes about 6 servings.
