1	pie crust -homemade or purchased
4 Tbsp	butter, melted
2 Tbsp	cinnamon
1	egg white

Aurora's Notes:

My dad texted me a picture of a pie crust he made. I thought it was genuis and immediately copied it! He filled his with apple raspberry filling, I made a Dutch apple pie. This would also be great for sweet potato, pumpkin, pecan, or peach pie.

Directions

Roll out pie crust as usual for a bottom crust. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon.

Roll up tightly, as you would for cinnamon rolls. Cut into 1/4 inch slices.

Press slices into pie plate. Push pieces together and up sides to seal.

Brush with egg whites and fill as desired.

This is neat! I've never seen anything like this before. It's almost too cool looking to put filling in. lol It looks great from the side with in the glass pie pan.

I would make it with homemade crust recipe too.
