- 8 oz package cream cheese at room temperature
- 8 oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 8 oz cans crushed pineapple , well drained
- 9" graham cracker piecrust
- 8 oz cans pineappl chunks, well drained
1beat cream cheese, with as electric mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes, or untl smooth. fold in whipped topping, followed by crushed pineapple.
2pour mixture into pie crust. top with pineapple chunks, chill for 30 minutes beore serving.
