Ingredients

4 cups
peaches (drained, fresh or frozen)
2 cups
raspberries (i use fresh)
3 Tbsp.
flour
3/4 cup
sugar
1 1/2 tsp.
cinnamon
2
pie crusts
3 Tbsp.
oleo (margarine or butter)
2 Tbsp.
sugar

Step-By-Step

1This recipe makes one 9" pie.


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Dress pie plate with pie crust.

Drain fruit in colander for fifteen minutes.
2Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon in bowl. Add fruit and toss together. Place fruit mixture in pie crust. Dollop butter on the fruit and cover with second pie crust. Pinch crusts together and create small vents on top. Sprinkle the top of the pie with 3 Tbsp. sugar (less or more to your personal taste.)

Bake for 45-50 minutes until crust is brownish and the insides are bubbling.
3This pie is scrumptious with vanilla bean ice cream! ENJOY!
