- cup of flour

- cup of maple syrop

2Melt butter in heavy saucepan, stir in flour and cook until lighty browned.
3Add water and maple syrop, bring to a boil and cook stirring constantly, until thickened.Cool to lukewarm.Pour into pie pan.
4Bake at 350 f. for about 30 min.
