How do you like it? Thin, hand tossed or thick? This crust has lemon juice in it but not something that is overpowering. Just gives it a little something and I think it helps bring out the freshness in the sauce.
Time depends on bread maker. My dough cycle is about 2 hr from start to finish (dough) rising and everything. Total time should be 2 1/2 hrs. for dough, stretching, topping and cooking.

3Cook pizza for approximately 30-40 min or until brown and crust and toppings have fully cooked through.

4Note:
If crust has started to get too brown before meats are completely cooked, place tin foil over the crust part to eliminate burning.
