GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST - DIABETIC FRIENDLY
I know I will use it...thought you might want to also.
Makes 1 pie crust (10 servings)
- 1 c
- graham crackers, finely crushed
- 1/2 c
- butter or margerine, melted, (diet)
Combine the crushed graham cracker crumbs and melted margerine or butter in a bowl.
Press into the bottom and on the sides of a 9" pie pan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
