sweetened condensed milk

1Pre bake a pie shell for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Then cool and set aside.
2Combine eggs, and sweetened condsensed milk. Slowly pour in the lime juice and mix well.
3Continue with juice to all is blended, fold in the zest and mix well. Pour the mixture in the cooled pie shell and return to oven for 20 minutes. Garnish with whipping cream.
