Sprinkle with half of the remaining sugar mixture and top with remaining apples.
Note: I covered my crust with foil, until the last 15 minutes of baking.
If you don't cover each apple with the cream, you may get a few pieces as I did, that shows the sugar mixture...its still just as delish!! Take my word for it...Yummo!!!!
