Easy Key Lime Pineapple Pie
Highly recommend. Learned the recipe from my late sister.

- 14 oz
- sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz
- frozen limeade concentrate
- 1 c
- pineapple chunks
- 1 c
- heavy whipping cream
- graham cracker pie crust
1Blend Pineapple chunks until juicy with pulp.
2Place Pineapple juice (with pulp), sweetened condensed milk,frozen limeade concentrate, and heavy whipping cream in to a bowl of an electric mixer. Make sure you have the whisk attachment connected.
3Mix until contents are mixed and fluffy.
4Pour filling into the graham cracker crust. Smooth out the top.
5Refrigerate at LEAST 4 hours. I generally keep it in the refrigerator over night.
6Hide it from the kids and enjoy!
