Blue Ribbon Recipe

Your chocolate-loving friends will be begging for another slice of this chocolate chess pie. It's a snap to prepare and so tasty, you'll have no problem making it on request. Chess pies are custard-like with a slightly jiggly center. This version is full of chocolate flavor, too. When serving, add a dollop of whipped cream or a dusting of cocoa for an impressive chocolate dessert.
