I found this in Family Circle magazine over 30 years ago and I have been making it since. It's a great way to use up leftover chicken or even turkey if you prefer.

Ingredients

1
single pie crust, baked
1 can(s)
(3 oz.) french fried onions
2 c
cooked, chicken, diced
1 pkg
(10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
1 can(s)
condensed cream of chicken soup

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine chicken, vegetables, and soup. Add 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour mixture into baked 9" pie dish. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Pour remaining onions over top. Bake additional 5 minutes.
