My dad asked for a "reeses" in a pie form for his birthday, so I came up with this!

Ingredients

9" graham cracker crust
1 c
sugar
3 c
milk
3
egg yolks beaten
1 oz
unsweetened chocolate square
1/2 c
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c
cornstarch
1 Tbsp
peanut butter
2 tsp
vanilla extract
2 Tbsp
butter
4-6
reeses peanutbutter cups
whipped cream, sweetened

Step-By-Step

1Beat egg yolks in a small bowl, set aside.

Add milk, corn starch, sugar, chocolates to sauce pan, bring to boil, stirring constantly.

2Add small amount of hot chocolate mix to egg yolks, blend then add back to hot chocolate mix.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly for 2-3 more minutes.

3Turn off heat, add peanut butter, butter and vanilla, stir until completely blended.
Pour into pie crust, put in fridge to cool and set up.
4-6 hours or overnight.

4Make whipped cream, put on pie.
Crush cold reeses candies and sprinkle over top.
