Ingredients

6 c
plain flour
12 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
2-3 c
milk
4 Tbsp
strawberry yogurt
150 g
butter
1 1/2 c
dried fruit, ie sultanas
1 c
sultana bran or similar
2 tsp
sugar

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven 220c

Into one bowl combine, milk, sultana bran, dried fruit, yogurt n sugar.

Stir well.

Leave to stand as long as possible.

Into large bowl combine flour, baking powder n salt, mix well.

Grate butter, rub into dry mix.

Add wet mix to dry mix, stir in well.

Wrap baking paper around oven tray.

Lightly flour bench, roll out n cut scones to desired size.

Place on oven tray.

Bake 12-15 mins at 220c until starts to brown, turn oven off, leave to cook on residual heat 5-10 mins until just cooked thru.

Stand 10 mins on tray out of oven, serve, ENJOY!

Repeat process as will be none left for tomorrows lunch.
