Ingredients

1 c
sugar
1 c
corn syrup
1 1/3 c
peanut butter, creamy
4 1/4 c
rice krispies
1 pinch
salt
4
reeses peanut butter cups
1/2 c
chocolate chips

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large saucepan, over medium heat, melt sugar, corn syrup, and peanut butter until smooth. Remove from heat.

Ouickly add salt and cereal and stir to combine. Add chocolate chips and stir. Wait about 1 minute and add candy, quickly folding the mixture.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop by rounded teaspoonfuls.Let cool and enjoy!

    what size peanut butter cups; the full size or minis?

    Linda, the original Reeses cups that usually come two in a package. However, if the minis were what you have on hand, I don't see why they wouldn't work. I'd say about 16 or so would be and equal amount. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family did!

    OK thank you Tamara. One more question: do you chop up the peanut butter cups?

    I was assuming the same Linda.. it doesn't say to chop the peanut butter cups but I can't see how it would work otherwise if you didn't...
