I threw this together on New Years day morning to start my day with a guiltless healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

6-8 oz
plain yogurt
1/4 c
pineapple, crushed, drained
1/4 c
walnuts, chopped
5-6 slice
banana
1 tsp
honey
1 small
marachino or fresh cherry

Directions Step-By-Step

place the yogurt in a dessert cup or bowl. Top with ingredients placing the honey on top of the walnuts and the cherry in the middle, just like a sundae.Healthy and delicious breakfast or treat!
