Love cream puffs with lemon pudding also!

sugar free instant vanilla pudding

half and half

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat water and butter to boiling adding salt. Pour in flour, all at once and beat taking off heat. Add one egg at a time and beat into mixture. Mount with spoon onto baking pan (no greased) and bake at 425 for about 20 to 25 minutes. Tops will look dry.
Whip the pudding and 1/2 and 1/2 .

When puffs are cool slice in 1/2 and add filling. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.

    I was so excited to see your recipe posted. I had had the same recipe written on a card that I've used for years and Darn it when my daughter asked me to make them today. I could'nt find it. so I was relieved that you had shared it here. thank you

    Thanks. Tried the new Cool Whip frosting and would use it in this recipe. It is delicious . Not real sweet but creamy and light.
