Pat's Notes:

This is quick and convenient way to serve salads for a crowd that is festive and best of all no extra clean-up and you can say "I ate the whole thing!"

Put any salad in the cone lined with cupcake liners or chocolate for the fruit and pudding cups, or lettuce leaves for the meat and seafood or egg salad to go!

Directions

1
Microwave chocolate in microwave safe bowl at 30 second intervals, until melted. Stir until smooth.
2
Dip rim of each come into chocolate and a little into the cone. (I use a small art brush to coat inside of cones. Allow to cool and harden; about 10 minutes.
3
Mix fruits in a bowl.
Combine dressing ingredients and mix well. Chill and then add as much as is needed to moisten fruit and spoon mixture into the cones. Top with a berry. Eat soon.
