Sweet-tart cranberry cobbler

The aroma of tart cranberries is the smell of Fall. And this dessert is so easy to make, but so delicious!

Ingredients

3 c
fresh cranberries
1-1/2 c
sugar, divided
1/2 c
chopped walnuts
2
eggs
3/4 c
all purpose flour
1 stick
butter, softened

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 325. Lightly spray a 9" deep dish pie pan w/ cooking spray. Spread cranberries in bottom of pan.

2Sprinkle w/ 3/4 cup sugar and walnuts. Stir w/ a spoon until evenly coated. Flatten out mix. In lg bowl, beat eggs. Slowly beat in 3/4 cup sugar, then beat in flour.

3Slowly beat in butter until somewhat smooth. Spread batter over cranberry mix. Bake 55 mins, or until crust is golden brown.
