Ingredients

1 large
mango, pitted and peeled
2 Tbsp
lime juice, divided
3 tsp
sugar, divided
1 pt
strawberries, hulled (about 2 cups)

Directions Step-By-Step

In a glass, ceramic, or plastic bowl, toss strawberries with 1 tablespoon lime juice and 2 teaspoons sugar. Allow to sit for 15-30 minutes to draw out juices. (Metal bowls might react with the acid.)

Place cut up mango, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and 1 teaspoon sugar in a blender or food processor and puree.

To serve place 1 serving strawberries in a bowl and pour puree over berries.
