My aunt used to make this all the time, I finally got the recipe from her, lol. The only thing I did different was to add whole wheat flour, to make this a little bit healthier. But, this is a perfect fall dessert, especially after going apple picking!
Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, stir together oats, 1-1/3 cups flour, brown sugar, and 2 tsp cinnamon until crumbly.
Press 1/2 the mix into bottom of baking dish. Reserve remaining mix for topping. In another lg bowl, toss together apples, 1/3 sugar, 2 tbsp flour, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Spread mix over crust.
In another lg bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs, 2 tbsp flour and milk. Beat until combined. Spread over apple mix. Sprinkle w/ remaining reserved oat mix. Bake 40-45 mins, or until golden brown.
