sugar-free strawberry jam
Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in sour cream and egg. Beat in both flours, 1/2 cup at a time.
Press 1-1/4 cups dough into bottom of baking pan. Spread jam evenly over dough. Pat remaining dough over jam.
Sprinkle top evenly w/ brown sugar and walnuts. Bake for 35 mins, cool. Cut into bars.
