1combine sugar and water in small saucepan and stir. bring to boil over medium heat and boil for five minutes.
2remove pan from heat, stir in lemon juice and cool to room temp. chill for a couple of hours before using.
3this will store in the refridgerator for 3-4 weeks. you can add 4 tbls of syrup to 8 ounces of seltzer to make lemon soda.
