1 c
fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
1/4 c
grapenuts cereal
1 c
fat free vanilla yogurt

Step-By-Step

1Sprinkle a handful of fruit into a parfait glass
2Add two dollops of yogurt
3sprinkle in cereal
4repeat layers to fill two parfait glasses and top each with fruit
