found this recipe on you tube when I was researching recipes for low fat snacks. this is a quick easy yummy snack for the kids or someone watching their weight when your craving something sweet and creamy just pop a couple in your mouth, if making bars: these bars are the same as they charge you an arm and a leg for at the grocery store.

Ingredients

container or more of yogurt (your choice for flavor or brand)

cookie ssheet
1
sheet of waxed paper or tin foil
1
reclosable zip lock quart bag (optional)
pop sicle molds (if making the bars)

NOT ALL YOGURT IS FAT FREE EVEN IF IT SAYS ON THE CONTAINER, ALWAYS WHEN BUYING ANYTHING LABELED FAT FREE CHECK THE SUGAR!

Directions Step-By-Step

open yogurt container, stir, line cookie sheet with the tin foil or waxed paper.

with a spoon scoop out a small amount, and place on cookie sheet, or you can put yogurt in a resealable zip lock baggie and clip a corner to make a piping bag to withdraw the yogurt, scatter yogurt all over the cookie sheet, leaving spaces between them, if you perfer to make the bars, use put yogurt in the pop sicle molds,

place in freezer until completly frozen, peel the bites off the cookie sheet, put them into a container and place back into freezer, if making the yogurt bars leave in the molds, bites are usually frozen enough in 1 hour.
