If you need dessert in a hurry, this is the one. Made with ingredients most of us have on hand, it couldn't be easier, and easy on the budget as well. I'm making this tonight.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
(29 oz.) peach slices, drained
3/4 c
quick cooking oats
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c
all purpose flour
6 Tbsp
butter, slightly softened
vanilla ice cream

Directions Step-By-Step

Place the drained peach slices in a single layer in an 8" round baking dish.

Combine the oats, brown sugar, flour, and butter. Mixture will be coarse. Sprinkle over peaches.

Bake in a pre-heated 350-degree oven till topping is crisp, about 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
