Black Cherry Glace for cheesecake or ice cream

pitted black cherries
lemon juice, fresh
Strain the juice from the can of black cherries and set aside to thicken into sauce
In a small sauce pan, add the corn starch to the cold juice, then heat to thicken
Add the sugar and the lemon and cook for 15 minutes
Allow to cool then gently add the cherries back into the sauce and spoon over cheesecake or ice cream... or whatever!
