Ingredients

t large
bananas
1 can(s)
(14 ounce) coconut milk
1/4 c
brown sugar
1 tsp
vanilla extract
pinch
salt
1/4 tsp
ground nutmeg
toasted coconut, for garnish

Step-By-Step

1Peel bananas and cut into diagonal pieces, about 2” each.
2In a medium saucepan over high heat, whisk together the Coconut Milk, sugar, salt and nutmeg.
3Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and add bananas.
4Simmer for two minutes, until bananas are just heated through.
5Serve in bowls, with toasted coconut sprinkled on top.
