Baked Pineapple

We make this anytime there is a baked Ham being served. Makes 1 quart casserole.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
crushed pineapple (larger can with juice)
2
eggs
1/2 c
white sugar
1 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 tsp
salt
butter, cold

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350

2Mix together pineapple, cornstarch, sugar

3Add 2 beaten eggs and salt to mixture

4Pour mixture into quart type pan, can be glass or anything else you prefer

5Dot top of mixture with slices of butter and sprinkle with cinnamon

6Bake at 350 for 45 minutes; top should be golden brown

7Serve with baked Ham

8Double recipe for large casserole... it is always best to have extra; my kids love to eat it later with the leftover ham.
