Butter a 2 quart baking dish and preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Whisk eggs with the dry ingredients. Then whisk in the milk.
Pour a thin layer of cereal into the baking dish, barely covering the bottom of the dish.
Pour the liquid mixture over the cereal.
Bake 30-40 minutes until mostly set but still jiggly in the center.
Serve with whipped cream.
