Ingredients

1/2 c
pecan pieces, toasted and chopped
6 oz
ready to fill chocolate crumb crust

individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
1/2 c
evaporated milk
1 1/2 c
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c
heavy cream
3 Tbsp
butter

Step-By-Step

1Sprinkle pecans over crust
2Caramel Layer: Heat caramels and evaporated milk, stirring often, until caramels melt and the mixture is smooth. Pour over pecans.
3Chocolate Layer: Heat chocolate chips, heavy cream and butter over low heat until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Pour over Caramel Layer and refrigerate 4 hours, until set.
