Tropical Lite Ambrosia

Nice, light, and packed with fruits and veggies!!!
I just love the new tropicana's fruit veggie juices!
- 1 c
- fruit veggie juice or pulpy oj
- apples of choice chopped and grated
- 8oz cans crushed pineapple
- 1 c
- shredded coconut
- thin sliced almonds
- more juice if needed
- optional whipped topping (lite)
Next I chopped 2 mcantosh apples, and grated 2 red delicious, added to bowl with the coconut.
Add to individual dishes or cups top with sliced almonds for that nice crunch, Top with lite whipped topping, optional. A flavored whipping cream would be great!!!
Next serving I may add some dark chocolate chunks. This really takes care of that sweet tooth in a healthy way!
