Ingredients

CRUST

1 c
all purpose flour
1/2 c
butter, softened
1/4 c
sugar

FILLING

3/4 c
sugar
2 large
eggs
2 Tbsp
all purpose flour
3 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 Tbsp
lemon zest
1/4 tsp
baking powder

TOPPING

powdered 10x sugar

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all crust ingredients in a bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often.
Press into bottom of ungreased 8" square baking pan.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

Combine all filling ingredients except powdered sugar in a bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often. Pour filling over hot, partially baked crust. Continue baking 15-20 minutes or until filling is set.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm and again while cool. Cut into bars to serve.
