IN A SAUCE PAN, MIX TOGETHER THE SUGAR, TAPIOCA AND ORANGE JUICE---'LET IT SET 5 MINUTES'

HEAT TO BOILING OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY.

REMOVE FROM HEAT; COOL 20 MINUTES.

NOW STIR TAPIOCA WITH A RUBBER SPATULA.

FOLD IN 1 CUP OF THE COOL WHIP.

DIVIDE TAPIOCA AMONG 4 DESSERT DISHES; REFRIERATE UNTIL SERVING TIME.
