Ingredients

4
egg whites
6 Tbsp
erythritol
1/2 tsp
vanilla
1/4 tsp
cream of tartar
1/8 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Beat all ingredients until glossy but not stiff.
2bake at 250 for 18-20 minutes and then lower oven temperature to 200 and bake for another 18-20 minutes until golden.
3Cool in oven for two hours. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DOOR!!!!!
