This recipe was prepared by an unknown person at the October 2014 regular meeting of Curious Cuisiners .. but offers a wonderful substitute to regular flour, yet makes a yummy dessert !!!

15oz pumpkin puree (aobut 1-1/2 cups)
3/4 c
coconut flour
3/4 c
maple syrup
1-1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp
ground ginger
1/4 tsp
ground cloves
3/4 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt
2 large
eggs
butter or coconut oil for greasing the pan

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat the oven to 350.
Grease a 9" x 9" baking dish well with butter or coconut oil.

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, stir well until no clumps remain.

Transfer the batter to the greased dish.
Smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
