My best friend Clarice gave me this recipe because I am a diabetic like her, and we could never find a great fudge recipe until now.

Ingredients

1- 16 oz
hershey's sugar free chocolate chips
1 can(s)
sugar free vanilla icing (frosting)
1 c
chopped nuts

Directions Step-By-Step

Pour sugar-free chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl, microwave on high for 1 minute. Don't stir.

Add contents of sugar-free frosting to microwave bowl on top of chips. Microwave for 1 minute. Mixture will be bubbly. Stir now.

Add chopped nuts. (any kind of nuts you like will work). Stir into mixture.

Pour into buttered 8x8 thin cookie sheet. Spread out evenly. Refrigerate for several hours. Cut into nice sized pieces. Enjoy!
