I have had his fudge since a wee tot. I really don't know who started this recipe, but its been in my family as long as I can remember. There are many ways you can make this. This just happens to be my favorite combination in chocolates. I use Hershey's milk chocolate w/ almonds and Semi sweet choc chips. This fudge is always creamy. You will love the ease of it too.
In a large sauce pan; add the butter, milk and sugar. Over medium high heat, bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. (It should remain boiling as you stir.) Set your timer for 5 minutes after boiling begins. Stir continuously.
Remove from heat and stir in the marshmallow cream, Hershey's chocolate bars and chocolate chips.
Prepare a 9 x 13 dish with butter. I use waxed paper, as I will be removing to cut. You can leave in dish if you wish.
Let set for 1 hour.
This will be one of the creamiest fudges you have ever had. We love it. Hope you do as well.
