One of my family's favorite dessert is a chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting. I am always asked the recipe, so thought I should post it. This recipe makes about 3 1/2 to 4 cups of fluffy, delicious, peanut butter frosting that your family is sure to enjoy, too !

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
powdered sugar
2 stick
unsalted butter, softened (1cup)
1 c
creamy peanut butter
4-6 Tbsp
milk or cream
2 tsp
vanilla extract

Step-By-Step

1Put softened butter in large bowl and beat with mixer till creamy, then add peanut butter and vanilla extract and mix well.
2On low speed, add in powdered sugar 1 cup at a time, mixing well in between additions. As it starts to thicken, you can add the milk. Mix till light and fluffy. If it is too thick for your liking just add more milk, a little at a time.
* Makes approx. 3-4 cups icing
