unsalted butter, melted and cooled
In medium bowl whisk flour, baking soda, 2 tsp. ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, salt and pepper.
In a large bowl whisk together melted butter, Agave Nectar, maple syrup, brown sugar, granulated sugar, 3 tbsp. of ground ginger and egg.
Combine all ingredients. Roll in coarse sugar to 1 inch balls. Bake for 12 minutes.
