I do a lot of cooking in camp, and always look for different recipes. This was one I tried with some of the older girls, who enjoyed sprinkling things all over the cookie. We had 22 girls and 3 adults, and this was GONE almost as soon as it hit the picnic table!

20 ozrefrigerated sugar cookie dough

1 cmini marshmallows

1 cm&ms

1 csemisweet chocolate chips

1/3 ccaramel ice cream topping

1/2 csalted peanuts (if no nut allergies)
How To Make rocky road cookie pizza

1I made this recipe in day camp, so the directions are as made there...

2Line a disposable cookie sheet with foil and spray with PAM. Slice dough thin, press into pan. Bake at 350 degrees 13-16 minutes in a box oven. Remove. Sprinkle with the items, drizzle with caramel. Bake 5-10 minutes more. Cool completely, cut into pieces.

3NOTE: you can use any topping or cookie dough flavor you would like, this was wonderful. The tin foil makes it easy to turn if you have hot spots, also easy to remove for cutting at the picnic table.
