Mary's Notes:

This is my husbands favorite cookie. For a breakfast cookie I will add raisins, you can also add chocolate chips if you like.

Directions

1
Add Butter, White sugar and Brown sugar in mixer and mix well.
2
Add eggs and continue mixing. I mix until mixture starts to get fluffy.
3
Add vanilla, soda and peanut butter and mix thourghly.
4
Slowly add oatmeal. At this time if you wish you can add Chocolate Chips or Raisins.
5
Bake at 375 degree for 15 minutes (I bake a little longer since my oven runs cool)

I have been looking for a recipe like this. It was probably the first cookie my mom ever let me try to make by myself when I was 10 or so.
Just a question ... does this recipe really not have flour in it?

This recipe does not have any flour in it. So enjoy it guilt free and flour free. Like I said it is my husband's favorite. I will make a full batch but only bake 3 dozen cookies and put the rest of the dough in the frig for later. They are even better later.
