No use of the stove or microwave for these yummy treats. This is a child safe and friendly recipe that can be changed to suit your taste. Don't be afraid to experiment and make them your own. As is, this recipe makes 8 cookies, 2 per serving.

whole-wheat graham crackers, finely ground
1/4 c
raisins, or other dried fruit of your choice
1/4 c
organic, natural peanut butter or other nut butter
2 Tbsp
organic honey plus
2 tsp
organic honey
1/4 tsp
ground cinnamon (adjust to your taste. i use a full tsp.)
4 tsp
organic, unsweetened coconut


4 tsp
or more chopped nuts instead of coconut
1/2 tsp
vanilla or flavoring of your choice
1/4 can(s)
chocolate chips or other of your choice instead of raisins

1Combine all ingredients except coconut in a small bowl, mix well.

2Divide into 8 portions and pat into cookie shape
