I found this recipe even when I wasn't searching for it.

What started out as a mud cake recipe turns out to be an even better chocolate cookie recipe. Weird, strange and unusual, I know. However the proof is in the tasting as they say.
Check out the photo/s too for further evidence. Really yum recipe so please come and check it out.

eggs
2 tsp
vanilla essence
1
cranberry and pomegranate tea bag
250 g

Pour the flour, sugar, baking powder and cocoa into the same bowl and whisk on high until well mixed.

Add the two eggs and vanilla and give whisk again.

Using a dessert spoon, spoon the mixture onto your baking tray and bake for up to 15 minutes depending on your oven.

Allow to cool in tray for 5 minutes before turning out onto wire rack to cool completely.

Enjoy!
